1. Agreement between you and boomlingo.com

Welcome to the boomlingo.com website. This website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering language course information, engaging the sales team in order to start and complete language course reservations, and for no other purposes. The terms "we", "us", "our" and „boomlingo.com" refer to boomlingo.com owned by the HBB Invictus Ltd, a registered business in United Kingdom (UK). The term "you" refers to the client visiting the Website and/or inquiring about booking a language course reservation through us.

2. Use of the website

As a condition of your use of this website, you confirm that you use this website to engage the sales team.

3. Banned activities

The information provided on this website is owned by the boomlingo.com and can be changed anytime, therefore the course reservation form/email is the only proof of completed reservation. Additionally, you agree not to use information from this website for any commercial purpose and not to make false reservation/s.

4. Payment processing

boomlingo.com accept wire payments into the UK based account as per course reservation form and/or invoice. The card payments are available since January 2023.

5. Language course reservations

You agree that it is the boomlingo.com's responsibility to provide you with the language course information and that your contract is with either us or the course provider. You acknowledge that the course, registration fee, accommodation placement fee, and all other fees paid are non-refundable. You acknowledge that your place on any course is not confirmed until all fees have been fully paid and until boomlingo.com or the language course provider has confirmed availability and receipt of this full payment. Failure to pay in full at least two weeks prior to arrival may result in loss of your place.

You may cancel your booking before arrival in accordance with the terms and conditions of the language course provider. Cancellations after deadlines in the terms and conditions of the language course provider may result in the loss of any fees paid. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. You agree to act in accordance with the terms and conditions provided with language course reservations.

6. Language course cancellation by students

Language course cancellation by students will only be accepted in writing or via e-mail.
